In the early years Solimar Hotels has managed four 4-star hotels in Rethymnon Crete with Solimar Dias & Solimar Emerald, expanding its operations in the following years to Heraklion Crete with Solimar Ruby and Solimar Ruby Royal and to Chania Crete with, “Solimar Turquoise”, “Solimar Aquamarine” and “Solimar White Pearl”. In 2018 Solimar Hotels is expanding its operations into the culinary service with the management of “Turchese Ristorante Italiano” located in Ag. Marina Chania.
