Over time, it spread its excellence in the field of water treatment plants (WTF), Sewage treatment plants (STP), electrification, Ranny Well, Lake and other sectorial development. There have been several fruitful partnerships for Solitairian group with TATA, Adani and Palanji-Shahpurji. Passionate professionals comprise of the infrastructure teams in Solitairian Group. Solitairian Group successfully established the Real Estate business in 2005. V.V.I.P Addresses, Ghaziabad in 2009 and LA Palace, Lucknow in 2014 are two prestigious projects. With the success of two commendable projects, Solitairian Group has unlocked a new frontier in the world of real estate with its modern integration in the designs of the real estate. Solitairian group is on their way of developing Solitairian City in Greater Noida and a Solitairian City Center in the same location. The real estate business also showed remarkable progress in Farm House with acres of lands and several highly developed farmhouses. We established our first corporate office in 2015 in Noida Sector 136. By the year 2019, Solitairian’s turn over grossed 250 crores.
