SOLLERS is a leading Russian automotive company that works in partnership with such leaders of the global automotive industry as Ford, Mazda, ISUZU. Our annual turnover is now 57.8 billion rubles. Since the establishment of our company in 2002, we strive to create first-class solutions for our customers in everything related to automotive vehicles. That's why we are launching new models and building plants, opening dealerships and simply coming up with good ideas, which provide our consumers with new opportunities and inspire them to move forward. After the establishment of the company, we managed to take leading positions in Russian automotive market, introduce more than fifteen new products, increase together with our partners the production capacities and become one of the most effective companies in the industry. SOLLERS has production sites that manufacture Russian UAZ SUVs as well as LCVs and ZMZ petrol engines. In 2011, SOLLERS established the joint venture with Ford Motor Company to manufacture Ford branded vehicles in Russia. In March 2019, SOLLERS and Ford Motor Company announced the plans for strategic restructuring of Ford Sollers JV. On July 1, 2019 SOLLERS PJSC obtained 51% share in the JV, Ford Motor Company’s share is 49%. New joint venture is involved in the production and distribution of Ford Transit commercial vehicles, as well as the localization and further development of the special vehicles model range. New Ford Sollers JV is based on the existing Ford Sollers Elabuga plant, which is a resident of the ALABUGA Special Economic Zone (the Republic of Tatarstan). The new joint venture started its operations on July 1, 2019. In 2012 SOLLERS set up the 50/50 joint venture with Mazda Motor Corporation in Vladivostok, Mazda Sollers. The joint venture assembles Mazda SUVs and passenger cars: Mazda CX-5, Mazda CX-9 and Mazda6. Since 2019, the joint venture exports locally produced engines for Mazda vehicles to Japan.
