Our purpose is to develop yours. Solo Adventures is a non-profit association with a community of Dreamers-Who-Practice where it is developed an individual, social and civic awareness. Through our social projects we promote mental health and well-being and human development. Did you know that having a sense of purpose adds years to life? There is a correlation between the purpose of life and mortality. It is not just us who say it. Several studies prove it! What if there were someone who during our lives helped us to find that sense of purpose? Solo Adventures: “Solo” focuses on the person and “Adventures” on the challenges that each one of us face throughout our lives. We have a methodology based on three pillars: • I am: self-knowledge • I will be: self accomplishment • We are: interpersonal connections Change may be a life story away.
