Provide guidance to individuals on choosing a corporate structure, contracts, laws and regulations, including filings necessary in D.C. and Virginia • Counsel corporate clients regarding a variety of issues that typically arise in corporate settings, including applicable state and federal laws, contracts/sub-contracts, negotiation, Internet social media policies, commercial rentals, security protocol, compliance tracking/reporting, identification of emerging issues and focus areas. • Educate and advise parents on Wills & Trusts, and other Family issues such as, the legal implications of a minor child turning eighteen, etc. Draft appropriate legal documents. • Design and deliver education and training programs for the public on a variety of issues including; choosing a corporate structure, Wills & Trusts, advance medical directives, powers of attorney, Probate process, et al.
