Beginning as a packaging technologist I progressed from Cadbury, to Coca-Cola and then to Diageo. I developed from an engineer to a manager and ultimately to a director. Then 16 years ago I re-directed my life to become a partner and general manager with Flow UK and Ireland; the change consultancy. Recently, to live even closer to my values, I have altered direction again to create Solstice Consulting Limited. Here, I will guide others to make real and sustainable changes and support them in successfully achieving their goals in grounded, down-to-earth and practical ways.
