I have been a fitness enthusiast most of my life. From years of running, martial arts training, strength training and cardiovascular fitness and HIIT training, I know how good it feels to stay active and constantly challenge myself. Inside of every person there is an athlete and I love to bring out the inner athlete in all of my clients! I can identify with clients struggling to find the time to workout, dealing with the weight loss/weight gain cycle, overeating, lack of motivation and lack of confidence because I have been on both sides of the equation. Through lifestyle changes and maintaining focus I have been able to attain my fitness goals while continuing to challenge myself. I love that I can use my personal experiences along with my knowledge and training to help my clients find success in their fitness and weight loss journey.
