Solution Focused Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy looks at the here and now, focuses on future possibilities and looks at the person's resources. It looks at what the client wants to achieve in their preferred future not the past. We look at what would be better if the problem had improved, what would have changed. What we are attempting to do is to move the person away from focusing on the problem and helping them use the part of the brain that comes up with solutions, can recognise change.
