At The Solution Foundation, we address global stress through Emotional Brain Training (EBT), equipping individuals to rewire stress-inducing circuits in the emotional brain for better health and spiritual growth. EBT is based on neuroplasticity and aims to reverse allostatic load—a major disease predictor—by promoting a brain state of homeostasis, characterized by elevated emotions like love and joy. Our clinical strategy uses specific techniques tailored to the brain's physiological states to deactivate maladaptive circuits and strengthen adaptive ones, encouraging profound personal transformations. This approach not only enhances individual well-being but also fosters deeper connections with others and life’s deeper meanings. With over half a million people trained in these skills, and a role in President Biden’s Cancer Moonshot project, our impact is growing. We've launched a free preventive app and are involved in significant research, including upcoming studies with the University of California, San Francisco, and the University of Kentucky on EBT's effectiveness in mental and behavioral health.
