Based in St. Louis, MO, Solution Professional Consulting is a growing direct sales and marketing firm. Since opening in February 2016 we have doubled in size without sacrificing our commitment to our customers, clients, or team. Our culture is centered around winning and being our best versions daily, starting with our newest team members to our CEO. Everyone is expected to give their best and excel. Solution Professional Consulting partners with leaders in telecommunications, renewable energy, cable, and satellite by offering a more personalized sales method that both helps increase positive name recognition but also expands their market reach by targeting tougher to reach clientele.(We DO NOT do this through cold calling door to door sales!) If you ask our CEO, Byron Parks, what drives him, he’ll tell you that it’s giving his team the opportunity to make an impact and grow personally and professionally. Starting in sales, he believes that being able to have a conversation with a stranger, learn the art of active listening, and negation are key in being able to excel in all areas of life. At Solution Professional Consulting, we guarantee every team member the same growth opportunities. Starting with our Entry-Level sales position, we train our team in the art of communication and sales tactics and move into a more complex subject such as time management, strategic leadership, and team development. We believe our job is to equip our team with the tools to excel but it is their responsibility to do it. We refuse to give hand-outs or promotions based on time or favoritism. Doing this would serve no one. Instead, we push our team to be autonomous and strive for their own success. The Solution Professional Consulting team is motivated, authentic, and family-oriented. We reward individual success and celebrate team development. We take pride in our collaborative company culture where everyone is genuinely invested in one another’s success. Over the next year, we plan to expand into at least one new market nationwide without sacrificing our standards and commitments to our clients or team.
