Solutions Social Care Ltd is a specialist independently owned agency that works in the private, voluntary and independent social care sector. We have extremely high standards and we constantly review our practice to make sure that we do not compromise our values. This is in terms of recruitment of temporary workers, working in partnership with organisations and, most importantly, offering a quality service to a wide variety of clients which is tailored to their individual needs. Our unique approach is that all of our recruitment consultants come from a social care background, having experience of either working with vulnerable adults or children. We offer in house training to our consultants and also professional accredited training, helping them to be equipped in terms of legislation changes and sound recruitment practice.
