Soluzioni Emergenti brings innovation in the field of accessibility and inclusion through a Model based on inclusive safety and inclusive management of emergencies. We co-operate with organizations and people to build effective responses in stressful conditions, taking into account the needs and diversity of every one. This approach allows us to activate organic paths facing matters as: · Communication; · Analysis of environmental responses; · Coaching; · Change management. The Model of Inclusive Organizations proposed by Soluzioni Emergenti consists in a review of the tools adopted by the organizations and their previous experiences through the integrated approach of Universal Design, inclusive safety and neuroscience. The setup of a positive connection between technical, procedural and behavioral aspects allows the best possible behaviors. This approach is highly inclusive towards subjective differences in terms of personal, physical, cognitive, sensorial and socio-cultural capacities / potentials. The differences are read and managed aiming to improve interaction between people to create complementarity and added value.
