Solvarte is a law firm composed of attorneys that are specialized in all kinds legal challenges faced by an entrepreneur throughout its entrepreneurial lifespan. Our attorneys are dealing with matters regarding issues in the relation between the entrepreneur and the Belgian state (the tax authorities), the entrepreneur and other entrepreneurs (competitors, customers, partners and suppliers), the entrepreneur and its decision-making bodies (shareholders and directors) and the entrepreneurs and its financial stakeholders (banks, insurance companies, lenders, etc.). We always try to resolve each matter as efficiently as possible and we will always apply the law in function of the matter and the client’s necessity. Where necessary, we support companies in negotiations, in drafting agreements and setting up corporate structures. If required, we are standing by our clients in all legal disputes before the Belgian courts or in arbitration. We do not just negotiate for the sake of negotiation or litigate for the sake of litigation: we always aim to deliver the most suitable solution for your business and the matter at stake. Solvarte is founded by attorneys specialized in tax law, corporate law, financial law and insolvency law and business law in general. All attorneys are admitted to the Bar of the Province of Antwerp.
