Som Bo is the destination for modern, simple, and healthy Asian-inspired food. The namesake of Som Bo comes from the Cantonese Chinese phrase which translates to “three treasures.” Our name reflects our three core values of health, community, and culture. We believe that by making it simple and enjoyable to eat healthier, we can make an impact in the wellness of our communities. We do this with vegetable-forward Asian-inspired food because we believe Asian cuisine has an endless array of flavors and options for an enjoyable complete meal. We are here to break the stigma that fast Asian food is not healthy.
