Soma combines advanced techniques in psychology and computer sciences into a product that measurably improves staff wellbeing and advances HR strategy to create the future of work. Its Kelaa smartphone app is driven by artificial intelligence and reduces the costs associated with employee absenteeism, presenteeism and turnover, while increasing employee resilience, productivity and engagement. Soma Analytics, backed by the Horizon 2020 research fund, is also running the first large-scale randomised controlled trial (RCT) looking into reducing stress in the workplace using a smartphone.
