Somnus Sleep Wellness

Somnus was founded on the belief that satisfying sleep is one of the keys to wellness and happiness, and is achievable by nearly everyone. We are a group of psychologists with over 40 years of collective experience in research and practice related to improving sleep. Over those decades, we have talked to many people who think that poor sleep is the unavoidable cost of living and working in a high-pressure, always-on culture. We have a far more optimistic view. In our research and practice, we have already helped hundreds of people reclaim control of their nights, and obtain the sound sleep that they had been missing for years. Now, the Somnus team aims to continue this work by providing education, support, and solutions for those who would like to join our previous clients in living better by sleeping well.
