TPS is a methodology to detect behaviors that are directed to violate social norms and organizational regulations that result in unproductive behaviors that will directly or indirectly affect the assets of the company or institution where they work, these traits are what make up the so-called antisocial disorder of personality or psychopathy Our results allow us to have greater certainty and effectiveness since we have standardization for 15 countries in Latin America, something that has not yet been done by similar methodologies. Its effectiveness lies in recognizing the main signs of this personality disorder and making a prognosis to know in which part of the process is a person capable of defrauding without remorse, guilt or shame for doing so, TPS allows to recognize the level of dishonesty, lack of ethics and other factors to prevent and avoid further abuses of trust and deception in order to benefit from the company's resources. Therefore, this methodology far exceeds any other product related to honesty and ethics in the market.
