Somoyon

An Organization for the current Students and Honorable Alumni of the University of Dhaka from Gulshan, Banani, Badda, Vatara, and Khilkhet areas of the National Capital the national capital of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Dhaka while keeping the three slogans of education, unity, and brotherhood in front. Somoyon in a simple sense means unity. The first condition for the achievement of any organizational objectives and goals is unity and uniformity in the philosophy of goals and objectives. Therefore, the successful realization of this united effort will usher in a new unity, binding to the tune of unity in "Somoyon", equality, and uniformity. Vision- Conducting social welfare activities- Conducting public awareness activities- Conducting activities related to environmental protection and climate change- Observance of significant national and international days- Adherence to state laws and regulations in the interest of people, society, and country. Mission- To protect the interests of the current students of Dhaka University living in the organizational area- Increasing communication with the distinguished alumni of Dhaka University residing in the organizational area- Establishing cordial relations with the respected teachers of Dhaka University living in the organizational area- To enhance the communication and coordination of the members with the administrative officers of the organizational area, philanthropists, dignitaries, and notable commercial establishments- Conducting voluntary activities under the patronage of donors for the needs of the underprivileged people of the society during natural calamities and other crisis periods.
