Sono4you Krems

Sono4You Krems is a peer teaching project in Krems an der Donau, Austria. The idea of Sono4You originated at the Medical University of Vienna, Austria. Our mission is to give healthcare students an opportunity to learn basics of medical sonography applications, focusing on sonographic anatomy, machine and probe handling as well as basics of image interpretation. We want to enable them to build upon this foundational knowledge in clinical rotations and in their future training as healthcare professionals. Sono4You currently consists of approximately 40 student peer teachers, with a growing number of alumni still supporting the project while already working as doctors in different fields and different countries.
