Up to 350 °C (662F) the weld and corrosion mapping inspections services are readily available for full continuous scanning. Inspections up to 485 °C (905F) are available as bespoke inspections. The high temperature inspections are an important part of our Plant Availability concept in which we provide our clients with an inspection plan based on a non-intrusive inspection approach while the plant is still in production. A full inspection approach for high temperature hydrogen attack damage as per API941 is available. The newest technologies like real time Total Focussing are available. Our partner provides the fitness for service (FFS) and remaining lifetime calculations. Special TOFD & PA and corrosion mapping services can be provided. TOFD and PA inspection services start with small bore piping 1.5” up to heavy wall vessels with a thickness of >225 mm. We are working on making the inspection available for offshore well casings. These inspections do measure the remaining wall thickness of your conductor & surface casing and will help you to avoid production loss of your offshore well or during the abandoning process of your offshore well.
