The basic home service package provides house checks and alarm response. A client may choose one or both of these core services and may contract for seasonal or year-round service. In addition, Sontag Home Services provides a complete line of property management services customized to our clients’ needs. Our forty plus years of experience have allowed us to develop a pool of trusted contractors for virtually any home care need.
