Sooner Club

The Sooner Club is the cornerstone of OU Athletics. As a member, you can experience once-in-a-lifetime experiences with your family or business clients while making a direct impact on future generations of Sooners. Founded in 1992, the Sooner Club was formed to offset the educational expenses (tuition, fees, room, board, books) of over 600 student-athletes who receive financial assistance to attend OU and represent the university in intercollegiate competition. Its members are friends, alumni, and advocates of the university who recognize the value of intercollegiate athletics' impact on all members of the university community. In addition, Sooner Club donations help ensure OU’s tradition of excellence continues to grow by investing in facility upgrades and academic resources for all of our athletics programs. Each Sooner Club member is impactful to the student-athlete experience for all athletic programs.
