SophoFit is a mobile fitness company serving Washington, D.C. and surrounding areas. We provide personal training, group fitness, endurance event training, swimming training, as well as senior fitness, corporate and destination fitness programming, and training via Skype. Owner and Trainer Harris Sophocleous, MS, CSCS has over 24 years of experience training a diverse group of clients from age 5 to 85. He enjoys bringing out the inner athlete in each client and showing clients how to use their surrounding environment to get the best, safest workout possible.
