Soshinsen was energised by the desire to provide an affordable alternative for Sashimi-grade Japanese Fish to friends and foodies who share the same love for the Japanese cuisine in the comforts of home. The word "Shinsen"- which translates to fresh in Japanese - embodies a significant pre-requisite for all food. As humans are social creatures, we believe that food has the ability to bring people together, creating a platform to build relationships and allow for the flow of ideas, opinions, and questions.
