SouffleMoments is a licensed and insured personal chef service. The company's name comes from a concept the founder and chef realized, with the help of several friends. A SouffleMoment™ is the moment a soufflé comes out of the oven, before it has cooled and deflated; it is the memorable first moment a diner truly appreciates the soufflé. It is the moment the chef has accomplished a bit of magic, whether for the first time or the hundredth time, and can be proud of her work. But it is also every moment that will soon disappear, and yet is special and valuable to someone. It can be a moment at the dinner table, a moment at a celebration, or a moment at a special occasion. It is any moment where you are glad to be exactly where you are, at that time. In Japanese, the phrase is (), or "ichigo ichie" — 'one moment, one lifetime.' Life is full of moments that will never happen exactly the same way again, and that are worth appreciating deeply. SouffleMoments strives to help create and be a part of these special moments. We are currently open only weekdays, but we look forward to expanding our hours in the future.
