Founder Tracy Dempsey provides coaching workshops, training and one-to-one coaching/mentoring for businesses and individuals, grounding her work in the latest research in positive psychology, neuroscience and neuropsychology. She is currently researching music and wellbeing, using musical learning, coaching, mindfulness and positive psychology interventions, as part of an MA in Music, Mind and Technology from the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. Concurrently she is designing new research on the world's first MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London.
