Welcome to SoulBody Studios where a new world of harmony and balance are created through movement and recovery. We’re not just a fitness studio – we’re dedicated to a holistic approach that balances physical exercise with mindful recovery. We’re here to guide you on your journey towards true wellness. Group classes include Pilates mat, barre, yoga, yoga sculpt, LIIT (Low Impact Interval Training) and recovery/stretch. Recovery therapies include infrared sauna, red light and salt therapy, compression, and PEMF. There will also be a beautiful selection of athleisure wear as well as supplements that fuel the body to thrive and perform. This is what we call "community care" where movement and recovery fill the body and the soul. Our first location is in Fort Myers, FL, USA.
