Soulegria

Soulegria is a therapeutic program for neurodivergent young adults (ages 18–26+) who are struggling with the transition to independence. We provide a structured continuum of care, including Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP), tailored to support individuals with autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and executive functioning challenges. Our trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming model integrates clinical therapy, life skills development, executive function coaching, and experiential learning. Soulegria helps young adults build the tools, confidence, and self-leadership needed to move forward with purpose.
