Our vision is for everyone to be harmonious and healthy in their mind, body, and soul. Our mission is to create accessible and inclusive sound journeys for everyone. Erica Nguyễn (Founder) is a multidisciplinary Sound Practitioner. She traveled to Bhaktapur, Nepal to get certified in Vedic and Tibetan Sound Healing and Therapy. She is also trained in Voice Healing, Sound Ceremonies, and Sound Meditations using a plethora of instruments such as gongs, xylophones, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums. She interweaves Eastern and Western techniques into her unique Sound Journeys. In addition, she is a 200RYT yoga teacher, which enables her to integrate Asana (posture) and Dhyana (meditation) into her sound journeys to help you reach the optimal state of relaxation and bliss. She values equity and inclusion and is on a mission to share sound medicine and yoga teachings with everyone, especially the youth, seniors, incarcerated people, veterans, and low-income communities. She hopes to create doorways for the remembrance of who we are — our true divinity.
