Sound Mind has two departments; Roots is the personal development side. The second department is Mental Health. Both departments aim to cultivate resilience in people. Our services revolve around two main topics of identity and/or self-harm. They are available both virtually and in-person. Services include: • Workshops • One-on-one services • Group sessions Our products include: • Video Training Packages • Video Workshop Packages • Workbooks • Books Currently, we are running a six-week programme called the Be Better, Do Better programme for KS3-5 students to help young people become happier, healthier and confident in who they are and what they offer to the world.
