I have many years of experience with providing clients with a safe, compassionate, and confidential space to nourish and encourage their healing process and self-discovery journey. I have assisted clients with addiction recovery, mindfulness practices, and now equine-assisted techniques, I am currently seeing clients through telehealth and in-person. I have extensive experience working with both teenagers and adults, as well as couples in high-conflictual coparenting situations, managing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, life transitions, interpersonal concerns, and substance abuse recovery.
