Soundkings

Rotterdam-based SoundKings is founded in 2007 and is known as a platform for multidisciplinary initiatives and projects within the (dutch)(electronic) music and entertainment industry. SoundKings aims to be a concepting, organizing, supporting, consulting, producing and managing factor in the industry, by committing to both internal and external organizations, projects and artists. Through broad profiling, SoundKings tends to position itself on multiple fronts in the industry, and act as the “glue” between organizations, artist and likeminded creatives, fans, visitors and customers. The core business of SoundKings is music, in the broadest sense. SoundKings proposes only one border, the one between good and bad music, but knows that the greatest opposition is that good and bad are mainly relative concepts. By encouraging talents, and to develop artists, SoundKings aims to cooperate in an open and transparent way to let the artist be the artist. Because SoundKings operates from within the middle of the industry, it tends to know the in and outs and act on a social level with its fans, clients and customers. By creating commitment and a communal structure, projects always are a product of the community instead of just one person. That’s why it’s SoundKings.
