Source Rehab is an Ontario-based rehabilitation company founded in 2005 by Carrie Brousseau, R.N, CEO. In response to a need for proactive rehabilitation services, our Source Rehab team specializes in catastrophic injury claims. We take the frustration, worry and confusion out by working as a liaison with all the professional parties involved. With first-hand expertise in catastrophic injuries, accident benefits insurance claims, and vocational services, Source Rehab manages all resources in order to facilitate the best care in the most effective way for each unique case. Our focus is to help our clients achieve purpose and quality of life following tragedy, by supporting them in a knowledgable and positive manner. The Source Rehab care team includes case managers, social workers, nurses, occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants.
