Research for Investors We provide real estate research and due diligence for professional investors including pension funds, family offices and wealth managers. Our approach addresses real estate fundamentals to determine investment suitability from a macro and micro real estate perspective. This analysis is coupled with operational due diligence to review the appropriateness of the investment process. From this other issues are also analysed including team stability, ownership alignment, performance, manager experience within its risk profile and appropriateness of fee structure. We review all styles of property investment from core to opportunistic. We also help clients achieve better pricing through fund secondaries and primary subscription fee negotiations. Capital Sourcing for Managers We use our extensive network of institutional investors, separate to those we advise on the buy-side, to help managers source capital for unlisted property vehicles, joint ventures and direct co-investments. We help prepare managers with their approach to institutional, endowment and family office investors, from presentation to reviewing requests for proposals. We also arrange road shows and investor follow up during the funding process.
