We are a real estate development firm based in the South Bay region of the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Our focus as owner, developer, investor and manager is to create value in our portfolio of properties. We create value for our tenants and for the communities where we own and develop real estate by improving and re-positioning underutilized assets and developing quality environments.
