South Beach Boxing

South Beach Boxing is for people who are sick of regular gyms & are bored & not seeing results. We put you through the training of a fighter. Everyone gets their own 150lb. heavy bag to punch - YOU WILL NEVER GET HIT. It’s a full body workout (head-to-toe). Our classes consist of Interval training, Strength training & Explosive training. The training of a boxer is the best training you will ever have & it will get you in the best shape of your life. You will always be taught by a pro-fighter or pro-fight trainer & the class will always be completely different it will just always be like the training of a boxer. Lots of fun & very intense. South Beach Boxing will be your newest & most favorite hobby. We also have an amazing kids' program- fitness, discipline, character building, strength, etc- JOLIE'S KIDS - ages 7-16 We are an all inclusive gym, with over 50 classes a week and a full line of cardio and weight machines.
