You can not put just any sub-contractor on very difficult or special projects. We must evaluate the project and then decide what sub-contractor is perfect for the job. Speculation home building is another service we offer. We build our own speculation homes aswell for other builders and developers. Our firm can finance our speculation homes out of pocket by years of hard work, instead of wasting our money on luxury items. We reinvest into our projects, but we are open-minded to private investors. We will protect your money like it’s ours. The fact that we can self fund our projects.
