Southern Smoke Bbq

We are a small but quickly-growing BBQ company located in Springfield, MO that serves up our mouth-watering BBQ through our vending and catering operations. Our BBQ style can most closely be compared to Memphis-style barbecue. Our meat is smoked for many hours at a low temperature using real wood. We use a variety of wood to flavor the meat during the smoking process, which produces that authentic smokey flavor that most BBQ joints try to imitate but never get quite right. We season our meat with a few different dry rubs and use our own original barbeque sauce to give the meat that perfect barbecue flavor.
