Southpac Trucks Ltd is New Zealand’s importer and distributor DAF and Kenworth trucks, both manufactured by PACCAR in the Netherlands and Australia. Southpac also proudly supports JAC Trucks in New Zealand. The company’s majority shareholder, The Colonial Motor Company Ltd (CMC), Wellington, has been a cornerstone of New Zealand’s automotive industry since 1908, with a proud heritage in vehicle importation and retail. Operating from eight locations nationwide — Manukau City, Hamilton, Rotorua, Gisborne, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Nelson, Christchurch and Timaru — Southpac provides comprehensive support to customers through its TRP Parts and Service Dealer Network. Our Parts Distribution business ensures DAF, Kenworth and JAC operators have access to genuine and TRP aftermarket truck and trailer components — helping maximise uptime and deliver the lowest total cost of ownership across New Zealand’s transport industry.
