Southside Harm Reduction Services

Based in South Minneapolis, Southside Harm Reduction Services works within a harm reduction framework to promote the human rights to health, safety, autonomy, and agency among people who use substances. Within our work we provide -Street outreach and deliveries within Minneapolis, providing free naloxone, safe use supplies for all drug administration routes, safe sex supplies, hormone kits, survival supplies, snacks, and more-Community education including private trainings on harm reduction, how to respond to an opioid overdose, stigma, person-centered care, youth specific, HIV, drug testing, safe disposal, xylazine, and more-Linkage to care -Secondary exchange -Community organizing and advocacy -Community clean up and more
