Southwestern Distribution

Started by Southwestern Family of Companies (a privately, employee-owned company), Southwestern Distribution Center is located just outside of Nashville in LaVergne, TN. Southwestern started with “customized” services as an answer to the internal business of selling books with Southwestern Advantage. The complaints we heard from potential customers were that most warehousing solutions were not able to fulfill their needs and were too complicated. Southwestern’s customizable service offerings are key to our growth. Since no two customers are exactly alike, we adjusted the typical warehousing model to make this work for the particular needs of the business with clear management of expectations and diligent problem-solving. We constantly optimize to become better, and are proud of our communication with our customers.
