SOZA Group was founded in 2006 for the specific purpose of developing innovative investment opportunities and solutions for the benefit of ourselves and of our investment participants. Utilizing our own resources, these investment solutions typically consist of novel structures or environments that reduce the risks of investment while accommodating our return requirements. SOZA Group developed out of the Zarawani family office. As the investments and our activities with regard to those investments developed, we realized that a holding company structure was necessary in order to properly consolidate the management. SOZA Group was established as a result. We have a core team of remarkable and dedicated individuals that actively manage SOZA Group. We also have a cadre of advisors and associates in particular industries to supplement our core competencies.
