In 1972, he formalized the family’s ventures into a unified identity—SPA Group, inspired by Sushil, Prashant, and Amit Kajaria. From a mini steel plant and coal mine trading business, we diversified into liquid warehousing in 1972, acquiring a terminal from Burmah Shell. Today, Prashant and Amit Kajaria celebrate 50 years of being Eastern India’s largest liquid warehousing company and of crafting iconic, sustainable commercial and residential projects in Kolkata, including the environmentally friendly Surya Kiran. The next transformation began when Prashant Kajaria, at just 21, turned his passion for nature into a profitable venture. With the opening of our Bengaluru office, SPA Group expanded into horticulture and floriculture, aligning real estate and nature-driven community living. This synergy led to bespoke, boutique, and personalized real estate projects that redefine luxury living beyond conventional homes.
