We’re advancing key objectives including workforce development, entrepreneurship, marketing, academic partnerships, and more—all aimed at strengthening the entire space ecosystem. Washington’s space sector is globally recognized—home to giants, startups, universities, and innovators across defense, commercial, and research. But to seize the opportunity ahead, we need to grow the workforce and broaden participation in space careers—especially among women and underrepresented communities.
