Implementing a project requires substantial commitment in time, money and resources. It also involves a large team of architects, consultants, suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors & laborers. Our role is to co-ordinate with all these people and to ensure everything to move as smoothly as possible. We practice tight documentation to minimize variations during construction and ensures contracts and specifications are clear and accurate to provide enough information and incentives for the contractor to complete the work on time and on budget. The firm in past years has executed more than 100 projects ranging from furniture to corporate buildings with numerous publications.
