Spanda Industrial was founded in 1951 as Paul R. Christman – General Contractor, Lic.#136084 to provide comprehensive commercial and industrial construction services to clients in the greater Sacramento area. In 1969, we bolstered our steel-building contracting capabilities by becoming an authorized builder for Varco Pruden Buildings, a world leader in pre-engineered steel systems. Through this alliance, Spanda designs and constructs energy-efficient buildings that provide optimum functionality. Today, still a family-owned and operated business, Spanda Industrial serves customers throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona. As a fourth-generation builder, Spanda continues the tradition of excellence began by Paul R. Christman while incorporating the latest equipment and materials.
