Architectural Design, Construction Services, and Landscape Design. Hello! SPANSTRU stands for Space and Structure. My name is Maria Teresa Barcenas Flores, I am here to help you. I have spent many years studying, and I can help you. Indeed, I can help you with your brand new custom home design, additional dwelling unit (A. D. U.), or home remodel. I can prepare your architectural plans for your local City's permits approval, and I can prepare your construction documents to build your project and to make it meet local municipality building codes. I studied architectural design at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California. I also studied residential light construction in the same college and in Fullerton College here in California as well. Therefore, I can help you with your residential light construction project from the ground up. Foundation, framing, drywalling, plumbing, electric installations, roofing, and finish carpentry projects like installing doors and windows. Of course, I do not do all the construction work all by myself, but I know how to do it, and I can supervise my sub-contractors. However, when, and if, necessary, I could do it all. Also, I love flowers, and this is how I was able to attend college: selling fresh flowers at night. This was my first step to learning all about flowers, then a lot about plants. With my architectural design background, I can help you design your ideal garden's landscape. Me and my sub-contractors, we can create your dream's home landscape as well. Of course I can help you with your kitchen remodel and, or bath remodel, and I would be very happy to help you with all your interior decoration plans. I am currently adding experience to my academic education to earn all my California professional licenses in architecture, civil engineering, and my corresponding contractors license.
