Spark Architecture

We believe in developing site-specific designs that respond to the ‘Genius Loci’ or the sense of place of the site. Once the character of the site is fully understood and appreciated then we can deliver a building that is sympathetic to these inherent qualities. Through doing this we aim to create a building that is more than the sum of its parts. A house plan and building plan should respond and adapt to the budgetary constraints and programming needs of the client. At the same time, it must remain spatially economical without restricting its function. Our aim is to discover how people will really use the spaces that we are designing for them – in order to deliver an outcome that is not just a collection of spaces that are wanted, but architecture that is functional and beautiful.
