Spark Mettle

Spark+Mettle is an energetic youth charity that likes to help people flourish. Billed as an aspirations agency—Spark+Mettle specialises in working alongside young people (between the ages of 18 and 24) from challenging backgrounds to explore non-traditional career pathways. Their primary aim is to connect these young people with individuals, ideas and organisations that can help them get to where they want to go. Spark+Mettle has a creative, collaborative and adaptive approach to work; it is keen to complement the positive impact of other education and youth organisations. The charity’s signature strength centres on its knowledge of everything there is to know about flourishing and soft skills.
