Our passion is to create the spark that triggers people to change.*Sparkll equips you for your role in the change process. We do this through conversations, asking the right -and not always comfortable- questions. We provide you with tools & skills to get your people moving. And we coach you in new ways of working. We do this through individual and team coaching, and through partnering and co-designing the change process. To get people moving in a change process it is crucial that they are responsible for the change themselves.*Sparkll facilitates the discussion among employees, both those in favor of the change as well as the opposers, and helps them take ownership of the change design and implementation. In this way you create support for the change, you will shape new ways of working by doing and take concrete steps toward your vision of the future. This creates energy, generated by the people themselves. This may feel uncomfortable at first, but ultimately creates the spark that will make people committed to and enthusiastic for the change.*Sparkll is flexible, we can collaborate with you in different ways. This depends on the nature of the question at hand. You may need management or team coaching or facilitated team sessions, or you may need complex transformation support including committed, interim resources.
